Alerts notify you when something meaningful happens to a company you're monitoring, so you don't have to check manually. You'll be alerted when a Corporate Health Score moves meaningfully or when a significant corporate event is published, such as a winding-up petition, overdue accounts, a new registered charge or a change in directors or ownership. You can also define your own thresholds so alerts only fire when a score or event crosses the level that matters to your business.

We focus on changes that could affect a commercial decision rather than routine noise. This includes material movements in a company's Corporate Health Score or its underlying Financial Health, Distress Risk and Governance dimensions, as well as high-signal events such as insolvency notices, overdue filings, new charges and significant governance changes. You can also define your own thresholds so alerts fire only when a score or event crosses the level that matters to your business.

How will I receive alerts, and how many companies can I monitor?

Alerts are delivered by email and by webhooks, so you can route them into your own systems and workflows. The number of monitored companies and alerts scales by plan — up to 20 on Starter, up to 200 on Professional and unlimited on Business. Professional and Business plans also add industry and geographic alerts so you can track risk across a whole sector or region, not just named companies.
